PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
This section applies to physical products purchased from our online store. The separate section below applies only to the Completos Pro + Chile Mundial application.
30-day return period
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return conditions
For a change-of-mind return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging whenever possible. These conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged or incorrect products.
How to request a return
Contact jorgecruces2707@gmail.com or use our store’s contact page. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
We will explain the return instructions, return address and any applicable shipping costs. Please contact us before sending a product back; the sender’s address on the parcel may not be the correct return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome and process any approved refund to the original payment method. Processing times may also depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Contact us as soon as possible if your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will arrange the appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost for a confirmed defect, damage or fulfillment error.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable to your purchase.

DIGITAL APPLICATION — COMPLETOS PRO + CHILE MUNDIAL
This section applies only to the application and does not describe the purchase price or payment methods for physical products.
Completos Pro + Chile Mundial includes a free five-day trial. After the trial, users may purchase lifetime access through a single payment of CLP $2,500.
Customers may request cancellation and a refund within 10 calendar days of purchase by contacting jorgecruces2707@gmail.com or our contact page and providing the email address associated with the application and proof of payment.
If a refund is approved, lifetime access to the application will be revoked.
Duplicate or incorrect charges and technical failures that prevent access after payment will be reviewed and corrected or refunded as appropriate. Refund processing times may depend on Mercado Pago and the customer’s financial institution.
APLICACIÓN DIGITAL — COMPLETOS PRO + CHILE MUNDIAL
Esta sección corresponde exclusivamente a la aplicación. No describe el precio ni los medios de pago de los productos físicos de la tienda.
Completos Pro + Chile Mundial incluye una prueba gratuita de cinco días. Después de la prueba, el usuario puede comprar acceso de por vida mediante un pago único de $2.500 CLP.
El cliente puede solicitar la cancelación y el reembolso dentro de los 10 días corridos siguientes a la compra, escribiendo a jorgecruces2707@gmail.com o mediante nuestra página de contacto, e indicando el correo asociado a la aplicación y el comprobante de pago.
Si se aprueba el reembolso, el acceso de por vida a la aplicación será revocado.
Los cobros duplicados o incorrectos y los problemas técnicos que impidan acceder después del pago serán revisados y corregidos o reembolsados según corresponda. El tiempo de procesamiento del reembolso puede depender de Mercado Pago y de la institución financiera del cliente.
Nada de esta política limita los derechos irrenunciables del consumidor que resulten aplicables.
